Ms. Truong Thien Thanh
Thanh is Thang & Associates equity partner and a Vietnamese qualified lawyer. She holds a Master of Laws degree in International Law and Business from Stetson University, College of Law, in Florida, USA. Thanh advises on a broad range of direct and indirect foreign investment in Vietnam and has considerable experience in investment structuring and re-structuring, as well as general corporate experience across most commercial sectors. Over her 24 years with the Firm, Thanh has worked closely with and built constructive relationships with various Vietnamese State authorities. She advises many investors (both Vietnamese and foreign) in direct investment and M&A transactions and operational issues in many fields, including retail, consumer goods, furniture, telecommunication, feed and livestock, brewery and beverages, hotel management and construction.
